Classes & Events

All of our classes are comfortable and casual. We work in small groups comprised of women like you, with plenty of time for creativity, for conversation and for sharing dolls and stories.

We provide everything you need – including the basic muslin doll you start with and a full array of beautiful fabrics, dazzling ribbons, sparkling beads and all the shining embellishments you could ask for. The instructions are easy and we can give you all the help you might need. The only thing you need to do is show up. We’ll even provide you with tea.

Worried that you aren’t artistic or creative? Don’t be. Luckily, you don’t need to be an artist to make a StoryDoll. In fact, many of the women who come to our classes have never made a doll before – although most of them have played with one at some point in their lives. And that’s about all the experience you need to make a StoryDoll. Our purpose from the beginning was to make this process easy, fun and available to everyone.
